Meaning "the religious place with the running river-channels", the complex called Mission de Los Arroyos is several buildings, each hosting upper and lower level condos.

Yet, while surrounded by bike/walking paths and other amenities in this centrally-located development, your demand for quiet is easily met. With Mission's east face situated on a small aqueduct (arroyos), and with limited residential development to the east, you are minutes away from escaping the City for that relaxing desert walk.
Getting to Condo Carla at Mission de Los Arroyos
Arriving via Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix you have 2 route choices to drive to Condo Carla:
Route #1:
- as you leave the airport, look for and follow the exit marked 24 St. (West).
- before exiting the airport, get into the right lane.
- look for the exit marked Highway 51 North (Highway 51 North is also known as Squaw Peak Parkway, although not marked as such at the airport).
- go North on Highway 51 (Squaw Peak Parkway) to Shea Blvd.
- exit Eastbound (to the right) on Shea Blvd.
- continue East on Shea Blvd. to 92 St., which is just past Pima Road, but before 96 St.
- turn left (North) on 92 St.
- proceed for roughly 1500 feet; Condo Carla at Mission de Los Arroyos is on your right; it might be best to go to Cholla (straight ahead), then turn right into Mission de Los Arroyos at the second entrance, proceeding to Building 6 (marked at top of buildings); the parking stall is #81.

Route #2:
- leave airport East-bound, looking for signs saying "Loop 202 East-bound" or "Scottsdale East-bound".
- take "Loop 202 East-bound"; continue for about 6 miles.
- exit at "Loop 101 North-bound".
- then exit at "Shea Blvd. Eastbound"; immediately get into right lane; go about 2 blocks to 92 St.
- turn left at 92 St.; go about 2 blocks to Mission de Los Arroyos on the right; it might be best to go to Cholla, then turn right into Mission de Los Arroyos at the second entrance, proceeding to Building 6 (marked at top of buildings); the parking stall is #81.
